Our Company located in the picturesque city of Como lake in Italy, right at the border of Switzerland.

No. Our retail services are all online through www.ApdArt.com.

Our website is our real time virtual catalog! We continually improve our paintings and constantly create fresh and unique subject matter. Utilizing the web allows us to quickly offer our customers new paintings; without the delay of the printing process or mail delivery.

About our paintings

Are your paintings made entirely by hand?

Yes. Each is painted by hand by one of our artists. No computer enhancements, canvas transfers or any other techniques are used.

Are your paintings original?

Some of our paintings are original created by our own artists, and some are reproductions.

Are your paintings sold stretched?

No. Our paintings are not stretched.

What materials are used?

Most of our paintings are Oil paint on canvas, and some are Acrylic paint on canvas.

Are your paintings signed?

We welcome enquiries from those in the industry. With a view to remaining forward thinking and staying abreast of demand from clients in different countries, our product range evolves to reflect and to cater to the market.

How much discount can I have?

We will verify your information and contact you to activate your account. After you log in, you will see the discount, if you are not satisfied with the discount, no purchase is necessary.

No, there is no minimum purchase requested for verified resellers.

About packing, shipping and insurance

How will you package my items?

We package all items carefully and use export quality materials to prevent damage during transit.

How will you ship my items?

We will send your purchase via DHL (Both Express Worldwide and European Economic).

How long will it take to receive my items?

We will ship your goods within 2 working days of receipt of payment, express shipment delivery to your door should be made within 5 days; economic shipment should be made within 10 days.

How do I track my shipment?

We will email tracking number to you after the paintings are sent; you can track it at www.dhl.com.

Does the shipping fee include insurance?

Yes.  If your purchase is lost in transit, our shipper is responsible up to a maximum of US$100. Further insurance is available on request.

About our Refund Policy

Can I get a full refund if I am not satisfied with my paintings?

Yes. Your business is much appreciated and your satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 20 days from shipment date for a full refund, excluding shipping fees. 

How do I return the painting?

Returned paintings must be in their original condition packing with the invoice attached. For your protection, we recommend that you get a receipt from the shipper.

How long will it take to get my refund?

We will refund to you within 2 working days of receiving your return paintings.

About problems with paintings when received

I received my paintings, but I am not satisfied.

Please see our Refund Policy.

I received my paintings, but there is damage.

Please e-mail us immediately with a photo of the damaged painting. We will contact the shipping company responsible and you will receive a refund from them. We do not accept claims for damage if contact is made with us later than 2 days after receipt of goods.

I received my paintings, but they’re not the paintings I purchased.

E-mail us and tell us the Item Number located on the right hand bottom of each painting. We will immediately investigate and send you the correct painting.

I received my paintings, but I found minor grease marks or lines on them.

As our paintings are depicted using oil, it is possible, but uncommon, to have minor grease marks or lines left on them, and as such we cannot be held responsible for this.

How do I return incorrect paintings received?

Please re-pack the painting. We will contact our shipper to collect from your address and will pay for the return shipping fee.
